I have enabled favorites on our Service Portal and added the My Favorites widget. For some reason, some articles are not displaying as they should:
The top article with the KB number and version is opening in a platform type of view:
While the second article is opening as it should in a portal view which is prefered.
Has anyone run into this and found fix?
