New Azure User detail notification not sending

Hi All,

 

 

(preface, this was all setup before I joined the company)

 

 

Previously whenever a new user was onboarded by HR, once their Windows login details were created, it would automatically send an email with there username/password to their hiring manager and BCC a specific person who gets their gear setup.

 

Now this specific part of our flow errors, and no one is getting the username/password. I have noticed all other notifications are set up as notifications, but this one is set up as a record.

 

Is there an easier way to do this? I'm still a newbie when it comes to Service Now
