Hello All,
I am using a demo instance where i am trying to install a plugin for virtual agent.
But i am getting error like:
"Application installation is unavailable because another operation is running: CICD Operation"
Any idea how to solve this. i have killed the background worker, cleared cache.do and cancelled progress worker. Still not working

Hi @Shariq Azim ,
Have you tried this clearing the instance Cache? If not, type cache.do (if it is a production instance be cautious while clearing the cache) in filter navigator and try installing the plugin.
And, refer this KB article https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0963915
