Hi Experts,
The Currency in the Self Service Portal always shows up in Rupees? I tried to change using Locale and as well as from my profile..
Let me explain I have added a new Catalog Item for Corporate Mobile request which is completely driven by Lookup Selection Items.
I tried to change the Locale, the Sys Admin profile locale but nothing helps.
Wanted to understand how I can change the currency as it is totally driven by USD.
Please help.

Hi Sriram,
The Currency default local is defined in "System Properties > System Localization"
This allows you to configure the preferences for currencies:
You'll find those two settings the most useful for your instance. The single currency mode could be on in your instance.
