What is the least privilege user role which will have an access of incident tables and other customized tables in SNow?

Hi Community,

We are trying to integrate a system to service now and we need to create a user which has the least privilege but should have read and write access for the following tables:

1. Incident tables

2. Other customized tables

This is to satisfy the security requirements that our security team is asking.

Hi John,

ITIL would be sufficient. But for each new customised table a new role is created. You can associate that to the User else you can override the ACL by removing those roles & adding ITIL to those ACLs.
