CTI integration with Five9

Does anybody have worked on CTI integration with Five9 ?
Can you please provide the detailed information about it.

Yes, I have done that using a third-party CTI connector. We were using the Five9 contact center software for handling calls and ServiceNow instance for handling tickets, which proved to be rather inefficient. We solved this with the Five9 CTI connector from NovelVox. It comes with standard as well as advanced features which one can pick as per their requirements.
