Error "Script source code logged to browser console" Occuring in ESC?

I am getting the following error when I try to submit a record producer thorugh my ESC. Please provide your suggestions.

Check for errors in browser console(Press F12).

Check HRM task list widget

Check all the four error messages that are displayed.

Also might want to check that there are no invalidated RCA rules. Go to System Applications --> Application Restricted Caller Access and filter out the records with status == Allowed. If you have edited the HRM Task List widget, then there are likely some invalidated RCA records.
