Global Search Filters in HR Agent Workspace

Good afternoon,

 

When searching in HR Agent Workspace, a filter is being applied to only show ACTIVE cases.  I've checked Search Application Configuration and Search Source Filter, but can't seem to find the table/setting which is applying this filter.

 

Does anyone have any experience or guidance on where to modify this behavior?

You need to change the HR case filter condition in Search Source record of HR Workspace.  Please see default filter blow:
