Hi,
We currently have Knowledge articles restricted with HR Criteria that can be accessible from the Employee Service Center. We have enabled some of the HR agents to be able to contribute to the Knowledge base using the fulfiller/backend view by giving them the 'sn_hr_core.kb_writer' role.
We would like these HR agents to have the same experience as a normal end user when accessing the Employee Service Center and only see permitted Knowledge articles. Is there an out-of-the-box method to make this possible?
Thanks,
Ayman

@ayman_h You can control the access to a knowledge article via the user criteria. For more information on this topic please refer to https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-servicenow-platform/page/product/knowledge-management/t...

Thanks @Sandeep Rajput Will moving to User criteria for the Knowledge articles, hide the articles for HR agents on the ESC portal and display them on the fulfiller/backend view on the Knowledge Management application?

@ayman_h Unfortunately, applying the user criteria will hide the article from portal as well as the backend view.

Thanks Sandeep. Unfortunately, that would mean it doesn't quite solve what we are looking to do.
We would want the HR Agents ( with the sn_hr_core.kb_writer' role) to be able to create new Knowledge articles, view all Knowledge articles in the backend and have the same user experience as others on the portal to only view articles that are not restricted to them.
