Scrolling issue while clicking on links on the portal.

Hi Team,

I am facing one issue that while i  click on quick links on the portal by scroller of mouse then the logs are not coming in the sp_log table but when we simply click on quick links on the portal then the records are coming in the  sp_log table.

Please let me know for any help.
