VIP Column in the agent workspace

Hi All,

 

I have a requirement to bring the VIP column of the impacted user in the Agent Workspace list view. 

Initially i configured the list layout with Agent workspace view to get the column , but it is not reflected in the instance nor in the agent workspace . How to achieve this.

Please try below steps may be this will work for you

Click on gear icon and Edit column

Than add your field to irght hand side
