サービスポータル画面からサービス(cmdb_ci_service)の登録/変更を行えるようにしたいと考えております。カタログアイテムで申請画面を作成してみたのですが登録/変更することができませんでした。フローの実行履歴を見ると対象のサービスのsys_idで正しく検索かけているようですがレコードが見つからないようなエラーになっておりました。添付画像やり方が正しくないのか?そもそもできない?等わかれば教えていただけないでしょうか?

I need to get the voucher for CAD

Hi,I have completed the CAD certification course and got the voucher but am not able to took the exam with that voucher later that voucher got expired (without took the exam). So I need to take the exam but how should i get the voucher again. Thanks!
