** URGENT **: PA Experience Migration Gone Wrong (Can we Unmigrate?)

Hi, we upgraded our Prod instance to Washington DC last night and migrated reports and dashboards through the migration center, and several concerning issues have been found.

 

First question, is there a way to unmigrate everything back to the old Core UI?

 

Here are the most concerning problems identified with the migration so far:

1.) Bar Chart reports that used to have multiple Data Sets (i.e. additional Bard) no longer have the additional data sets (bars) included, and how can we know which Report Sources/Datasets we used within each report that had multiple datasets to get them added back?

 

2.) From Data Visualizations, under Reports Owned by Me, only a couple reports show up for staff now and we're not sure how the system is determining which Reports are Owned by "Me" anymore. It used to be the Created by field. How can we get the Owned by Me listing corrected to show all reports owned by the user inquiring?

 

3.) Data labels on bars are smaller and no longer include a white pill around the number thereby making it really hard to see the number within a bar under the Default UI14 coloring scheme with darker bars. The option to display the data # within the bar or on top is no longer available or to be able to bold the number.

 

4.) An Opened timeframe interactive filter is no longer working and filtering the reports.

Hi @Justin Docken I think at this point, we have only option to reach ServiceNow support to fix this, since this is very new and released in the Washington version, we do not have any workaround in handy, so you need to reach support.

 

but have we not done this in staging instance and tested before moving to Production?

Hi, thanks for the response. Do you happen to know if there is a way to migrate everything back to the Core UI?

 

We would like to do the rollback and work through the issues with ServiceNow HI thereafter.

I see this for reverting to CoreUI , but looks like some checks are there, I would suggest going through and try . below is the link .
