After creating a new KB article template, it does not show the fields in KB article

Hi,

 

I have created a KB Article Template with some Article Template fields. After creation , I wanted to adopt it to the KB article.But after doing the Form Configuration ( https://www.servicenow.com/community/now-platform-forum/when-creating-a-new-kb-article-template-it-d...

Still the problem persists( I am unable to see the Template fields (Which has some HTML table content ) in the KB article)

 

I Would like to know the solution for the problem. Does anyone give me some solution which works ?
