Archiving Affected CIs and Impacted Services

What is the best practice for removing Affected CIs and Impacted Services that are no longer open/active? I'm attempting to archive affected cis and impacted services. I know I could create a flow, but I was curious about other options. Could someone assist?

I moved the Affected CIs with a task.state == Closed. I moved them to an archive table we created.  I used an Archive Rule to accomplish the goal.  Although, maybe you could answer this for me, is it best practice to archive such information like; Affected CIs  or Orphan Relationships?

Yes, you can do. Good to go actually.
