Hi folks,
We are implementing a data aggregation tool to aggregate data about all of our computer/server assets and write to the CMDB. I was testing with the cmdb_sam_sw_install table but I am learning that this may not be the correct table to write to for installed software.
Can someone provide best practices and the correct tables for writing to the CMDB both CI and installed software?
