Change 'Select Time Sheet Range' in time sheet portal

Hi Community,

 

We have a requirement related to Time Sheet Portal, projects which are populating in 'Select Time Sheet Range' their Project Task should be in Open state.

Is it possible to do that if it is how can we achieve this please suggest.
