We have been trying to implement an empty search state on our now mobile app which links to the taxonomy topic navigation page.
We have followed the steps detailed in Configure an empty state for search results (servicenow.com) but the empty search is still just showing a page with 'No Search Results'. Has anyone else experienced this or got this feature to work?
