Functionality of "This helped" button ?

Can anyone tell me where "this helped" button functionality has been used.

I've searched in ui action and ui macros, but i didnt able to find where this functions has been written.

Please help me on this . Thanks in advance

Hi All,

can someone please give some more details regarding how the option "This helped" is working? I understand that if I use it, I will later see a Tick by the record, however, I wonder if there is any additional logic, like using this for higher ranking of this record in the results for other users?
