Global serach is not available in ServiceNow

Hi @Devika ,

Is the Global Search missing from your view? If yes, you'll need to add the Role(s) to the Global Text Search (System Properties > Global Text Search), and it'll make the Search Bar visible to those team members with the Role(s) associated to their account.
