Hello Community,
In agent workspace record menus, see screenshot attached.
is it possible to rename them? for Example, rename Case to Customer Case?
I also want that when users click the catalog item, to go directly to the form of a specified catalog item, is this possible maybe with a script? or link?
Thanks in advance!

HELLO
i think you cant rename from the workspace if you see below steps
1)open you workspace and under profile icon click on configure workspace
2) Then up on clicking on it you will see a form with related list named as "new record menu items" where you will find all your options .Here if you give the table name it will the native view table name by default and show it in workspace .Though is a field called display name its just read only and cant be edited.
try by changing the table name then you will be able to see the changes here
And for the link part also i don't think there is a option in the form to link it to specific URL and it always takes to new record for the table specified
please mark my answer correct if it helps you

Hello,
Slightly confused the way you have written but it is possible to rename 'List' as well as 'Categories' so go to 'Configure Workspace' from agent workspace and under 'Workspace lists' check highiglited things that can be renamed
