We are wondering if it would be possible and better to initiate a PAD activity by calling a Catalog Item. If so, how can this be done? If not, would utilizing SubFlows be best?
Out thinking is that by calling the Catalog Item, we're keeping it centralized and consistent for when we need to initiate provisioning of access to an item.
