Query about Provider Notification

Hi @shawna @Shreya Shah 
I saw your replies in some queries. Thanks for the help.
I have some query about provider Notification:
In my instance these provider Notification are disabled, but then also we are getting actionable notification for RITM approve or reject. Is there any other which needs to be taken care.
