Really great overview—thank you for putting this together.

I especially appreciate how clearly this highlights the continued evolution of Impact from a set of resources into a more integrated, outcome-driven experience within the platform. The addition of capabilities like the Implementation Agent and the Impact Store App feels like a meaningful step toward making value acceleration more actionable and easier to operationalize day-to-day. 

From a CSM perspective, it’s exciting to see how these updates can help bridge the gap between insight and execution—whether that’s through faster identification of where to start, or by making accelerators and recommendations more accessible directly within the instance. The breadth of new Jumpstart and strategic accelerators also provides a strong foundation to drive more targeted adoption conversations with customers.

Looking forward to seeing how teams leverage these capabilities to drive faster time to value and more measurable outcomes with customers. Thanks again for sharing such a comprehensive update!
