    • The ServiceNow® Password Reset application helps your end users reset and change their passwords either using self-service or with the help of a service desk agent. Password Reset was enhanced and updated in the Xanadu release.

    Enhancing Password Reset Security URL
    Control the expiration duration of a password reset URL by setting the glide.pwd_reset.onetime.token.validity property. By default, the URL is valid for one hour.
