    Accounts Payable Operations

    Accounts Payable Operations supports multiple languages. The current DocIntel model is trained to extract invoices in the English language only. If you want to process an invoice in the multiple languages supported by DocIntel, you must train the DocIntel model.

    Decision tables in Workflow Studio

    The Localization Framework is integrated in decision tables. However, because editing in Excel doesn’t support localization, you cannot use this feature in any instance that doesn't use English.

    Digital End-User Experience

    Localization is applicable to DEX in all languages supported by the ServiceNow AI Platform.

    Generative AI Controller
