- New Accelerators: The release introduces a variety of Accelerators demonstrating platform capabilities across multiple domains such as IT Service Management, Service Mapping, Database Management, Customer Service Management (CSM), Event Management, Process Mining, Document Intelligence, and Employee Center enhancements. These Accelerators help customers quickly understand and assess platform features relevant to their needs.
- Objectives and Outcomes: Formerly known as Value Blueprint, this updated feature provides auto-generated objectives and outcomes with monthly and quarterly trends, curated recommendations, and benchmarking data to guide value realization efforts effectively.
- HealthScan Enhancements: Automated monthly Health Assessment scans and detailed reports support platform health improvement. Updates include improved definitions to reduce false positives and new capabilities for self-hosted and commercial customers.
- Impact Instance Observer: Expanded anomaly detection with 16 additional metrics and self-serve alert configuration for Garbage Collection enhance proactive platform monitoring.
- ServiceNow Protected Platform – Australia (SPP-AU): Specific versions of Accelerators are now available to support compliance and localized requirements.
