ITSM Mobile Agent release notes
The ServiceNow® ITSM Mobile Agent app delivers base system mobile-first experiences designed for IT agents to triage, act on, and resolve incidents on the go. ITSM Mobile Agent was enhanced and updated in the Xanadu release.
ITSM Mobile Agent highlights for the Xanadu release
- Experience the new data visualizations for the analytics on the My team and Major incidents applets.
- Enable dark theme for active calls on the Collaborate section of the My work applet.

UI changes
- Data visualizations changes for the analytics section
- Starting in version 9.0, experience the new accessible data visualizations for the analytics on the following sections of the applets:
- My team applet: Performance metrics, My team's weekly opened incidents, and My team dashboard.
- Major incidents applet: Major incident dashboard, and Major incidents opened graph.
These changes are available in the base system for both the new or upgrade customers. You can also view mobile analytics in the Platform analytics workspace to configure or create new data visualization. For more information, see Create a mobile analytics preview.
For the upgrade customers who have already customized the analytics sections of the applets, the data visualizations changes are not available by default. You can enable the new analytics section records from the Mobile Agent section of the Mobile App Builder to view the visualized changes.
Activation information
Install ITSM Mobile Agent by requesting it from the ServiceNow Store. Visit the ServiceNow Store website to view all the available apps and for information about submitting requests to the store. Accessibility information
- Dark theme
- Starting in version 9.0, enable the dark theme for active calls in the Collaborate section of the My work applet in ITSM Mobile Agent. This option is commonly used to alleviate eye strain and improve readability.
- Data visualization changes
- Starting in version 9.0, accessible data visualizations for the analytics on sections of the applets are available. For more information, see the UI changes section.
