    • The ServiceNow® Document Templates application enables you to create HTML and PDF document templates to generate standard letters or documents. You can automate and simplify the process of filling, signing, and reviewing a document online. Document Templates was enhanced and updated in the Xanadu release.

    Record the date when a participant signs a PDF document using the Signature date capability in the PDF document template.

    New in the Xanadu release

    Signing date in PDF
    Record the date automatically when a participant signs a document. When the Use signing date option is selected, the date appears on the PDF document within the field that you specify in the Field name field on the PDF template mapping record. This capability is available for the ServiceNow signing type only.

    Activation information

    Install Document Templates by requesting it from the ServiceNow Store. Visit the ServiceNow Store website to view all the available apps and for information about submitting requests to the store.
