    • The ServiceNow® Notify application provides support for SMS and voice channels on the ServiceNow AI Platform® to communicate with customers. Notify was enhanced and updated in the Xanadu release.

    Notify highlights for the Xanadu release

    Provides the flexibility to delete or retain Twilio messaging records when Twilio is disconnected from a ServiceNow instance.

    Changed in this release

    When the Twilio messaging service is disconnected from a ServiceNow instance, you can choose to delete the messaging records according to your data management and security retention policies or retain the records for future reference.
