Drop a custom index

    • Remove a custom index by dropping it from a table.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > System Definition > Tables.
    2. Select the table that contains the custom index you want to drop.
    3. On the Table form, select the Database Indexes related list.
    4. In the list, select the custom index that you want to drop.
    5. On the Database Indexes form, select Drop.

    Result

    The custom index is dropped from the table.
