ERP Customization Mining release notes
The ServiceNow ERP Customization Mining (ERP-CM) product enables ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) consultants and architects to identify customizations and recommend candidates for replatforming from the ERP system onto the Now Platform. ERP Customization Mining was enhanced and updated in the Xanadu release.

New in the Xanadu release
- Xanadu Patch 3
- Candidate result snapshot
- Better ensure that the results of the mining process can be used to develop customization on development instance by exporting and importing ERP scan results using the snapshot option.
- Implement re-triggering of the ERP Mining
- Improve candidate scoring after the creation of new custom ERP Models by re-triggering the AI/ML execution for ERP-CM on demand.
- Score improvement metric for recommendations
- View the possible score improvement in the overall potential for a candidate if a specific recommendation is implemented.

Install ERP Customization Mining by requesting it from the ServiceNow Store.
