- Create, reschedule, get, list, and cancel appointments from your system for the connectivity-related field services. You can book an appointment on an existing work order in the Field Service Management application from an external system using Appointment Open APIs.
Activation information
Telecommunications appointment booking feature is available with activation of the Telecommunications Open API (com.sn_tmf_api), Appointment Booking (com.snc.appointment_booking), Field Service Management (com.snc.work_management), Field Service Management for Telecommunications (com.sn_fsmt), and Telecommunications, Media and Technology Core (com.sn_tmt_core) applications. Install these applications by requesting them from the ServiceNow Store.
