    Insurance claims features

    Set up new lines of business easily
    Leverage the Insurance claims framework to configure a new line of business for one or more incidents.
    Customize your claims workflow
    Configure which incidents to display for claim intake, depending on the line of business. Define how adjuster tasks are created based on the selected incidents, and enable or disable itemized loss and expenses as part of the flow.
    Set up persona-based claims workspaces
    Set up workspaces for each persona that can be easily customized without requiring code changes.

    Activation information

    Install Insurance claims by requesting it from the ServiceNow Store. Visit the ServiceNow Store website to view all the available apps and for information about submitting requests to the store.
