Can I show subscribed by (company, user, etc) of a service offering on an incident as related list?

I'm working my way through building CSDM and now i'm working on business service offering. I put some companies in subscribed by company related list on service offering and would like to show it as a related list on a incident form so when a service offering is reference on a incident, I can see which companies are being impact. 

Has anyone done this before? or is there a better way?

Hello. You can create a Scripted (defined) relationship and display the related list afterwards. You might need some logic to refresh the Relates list if the Service offering value changes (this can be done with a Client script)
