Hi
we are using the proactive prompts for virtual agent icon which ServiceNow has been released as new feature for utah version, configured all the OOTB functionality, but for HTML message which it shows as message for user we need a enhancement.
As attached screenshot, we have been giving it as first name , but the requirement is if the person have preferred name then it should be the first priority if he does not have that then it will go next one which is last name and if last name is null then lastly it picks up the first name , so how this logic can be build in HTML message
Please help me to resolve this requirement

Sorry mate, I have no idea about VA.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
