CSA exam voucher not recieved

I have completed the CSA course one month before still not received the Voucher.do let me know any specific steps to be done.

Practically you should the voucher on same time. Better log a case via Now Learning and get it sorted from there.
I assume you completed the training 100%

Hi @MHore,
Check your CSA voucher status in Now Learning profile in My Badges or My Achievements. If you can redeem from there, then you will get voucher code.
If you did above steps and didnt find voucher, then you should submit a ticket in Now Learning Help Center and explain your issue and also attach a proof of your ServiceNow Administrative Fundamentals completion. It is expected that if you have completed the course, then the Now Learning team will address the issue and add a voucher which you can claim in your profile.
