I want to set inbound email action, when email received from non user, system should create a request and assign to support group.emails will be send from few external email addresses. i set inbound email action with some conditions and the emails went to junk folder and showing status as ignored. Can someone tell me what is missing here, why is it moving email to junk folder with ignored state?
Do i need to create a record in user table for all those addresses in order to get this work?

Hi,
You can go in Application Navigator -> Email Properties and update "Trusted Domains". Check the below link as well.

Hi Hardit,
this is what i can see under email properties.
when i check the log, its showing "Skipping 'Create Request for support team', User Guest with email guest@example.com is locked out".
i checked the guest profile , it is locked.
Is it possible to set something like whenever get this email , use this user account(e.g. abc@email.com) to create a request using Other request catalog item in the inbound email action?
