Regarding delete functionality for agile development module

Hello which role is required to make this delete option available for users ?

Is there any way to deactivate these ?
For EPICs and Stories I suggested not to delete the record ,rather they can inactivate it but for few other modules there is no option to deactivate The above image is from Product Module.

you can check the condition / role in delete acl in ur environment , if you dont have any delete acl u need to create one with the right role and condition

Tried one but isnt working 
any workaround like the ootb role which is responsible

created a del acl on that table and created a Role with the acl in it And provided the role to that user
