Table Builder release notes
The ServiceNow® Table Builder application is a centralized way to build tables, forms, and display logic. Table Builder was enhanced and updated in the Yokohama release.
Table Builder highlights for the Yokohama release
- Transition to NOW Design Systems (NDS) icons from the previous custom table builder icons.
- Launch the Table Builder App from the App Navigator.
- Consistency in role assignment during the table creation process to avoid access issues for the developers.

UI changes
- Transition to NOW Design Systems (NDS)
- Shift from the previous custom table builder icons to the NOW Design System (NDS) icons in the user interface.
- Launching App from the App Navigator
- You can directly access Table Builder by searching it. You can find Table Builder in the search results of the app navigator.
- At least one role with Read permissions should be assigned to each table during creation to ensure proper Access Control List (ACL) setup and help prevent access issues for developers.
Activation information
Table Builder is available without App Engine Studio.
