The ServiceNow® Application Manager enables you to install, update, and manage licensed applications and plugins for your instance. Application Manager was enhanced and updated in the Yokohama release.

Yokohama patch 11
- Reduce potential runtime errors by installing and updating Now Assist applications with suites of interdependent versions.
- View all ServiceNow Store applications that are licensed or available for procurement from the Available for you tab.
- Gain insights about application installation requirements and blockers with application state indicators.

Important information for upgrading Application Manager to Yokohama
Application Manager is active by default on instances on the Yokohama release. Upgrade your instance to Yokohama patch 11 or later to use the latest features. For information about upgrading your ServiceNow AI Platform instance, see Prepare your upgrade.
New in the Yokohama release
Yokohama patch 11
- Now Assist suites for version compatibility
- Use the Application Manager to install and update Now Assist applications with suites of compatible application versions. Now Assist suites help verify that new Now Assist applications and versions remain compatible with the ones already installed to your instance.
- Application state indicators
- Review information about any applicable installation considerations, requirements, and blockers in the header of application details.
Changed in this release
- Unlicensed application information
- In addition to details about applications that are already licensed, the "Available for you" tab of the Application Manager now includes information about applications that haven't been procured from the ServiceNow Store yet.
Activation information
Application Manager is a ServiceNow AI Platform feature that is active by default.
