Talent Feedback release notes
The ServiceNow® Talent Feedback application allows managers to request feedback on employee skills from the employee’s collaborators. Talent Feedback is a new application in the Yokohama release and is compatible with Xanadu and Washington DC releases.
Talent Feedback highlights for the Yokohama release
- Add multiple perspectives by gathering skill feedback from an employee’s collaborators to gain a more well-rounded view of their capabilities.
- Enhance skill visibility by assessing skills when managers don’t work closely with employees or have different domain expertise.
- Support skill validation by providing managers with qualitative inputs to validate employees’ skills.
- Identify growth opportunities by uncovering skill gaps and learning needs.

Talent Feedback features
- Request and view feedback
- As a manager, request skill feedback for your team members on any skills from the employee's collaborators.
- View feedback and skill activities
- As a manager, view all the feedback received for a skill along with skill activities, during skill validation to get a full-fledged view of an employee's proficiency.
- Request feedback
- As an employee, receive feedback requests in your Employee Center To-dos, where you can provide feedback and skill rating for one or more skills in the request.
- Decline a feedback requestAccept or deny feedback requests
- As an employee (feedback provider), you can choose to decline requests that are not relevant to you.
Activation information
Install Talent Feedback by requesting it from the ServiceNow Store. Visit the ServiceNow Store website to view all the available apps and for information about submitting requests to the store. Additional requirements
The Skills Foundation plugin (sn_skills_int) must be installed to be able to request skill feedback on Talent Feedback.
