  • The ServiceNow® Opportunity Management application enables your sales agents and account executives to create and manage opportunities that identify and track the potential sales for your customers. Opportunity Management was enhanced and updated in the Yokohama release.

    Opportunity Management highlights for the Yokohama release

    1. Enable customers to view the roll-up amount in the Kanban View.
    2. Enable sales representatives to customize bundled products and products with complex characteristics in the product catalog.

    New in the Yokohama release

    View the roll-up amount in the Opportunity Kanban View
    Enables customers to view the roll-up amount that is automatically calculated in the base currency for all opportunity stages in the Kanban View.
    Enables the sales representatives to customize the complex product offerings by using the product configurator. This ensures that the sales representatives identify and share the detailed requirements and price to the customer much earlier in the cycle.
    Revise existing opportunities after an upgrade
    Enable the sales representatives to use the scheduled job to modify older opportunities to incorporate the functionality of supporting parent-child opportunity line items.
