- Enable manufacturers, customers, suppliers, channels, and partners to connect and track services directly between instances without configuring and maintaining custom integrations.
- Enable B2B customers to configure products and place orders via an uptake of the Sales Customer Relationship Management self-service order placement feature.
- Transform emails into interactions rather than cases with email interactions.
- Enable the dealer and sales promotion framework and its user role and responsibilities.

- The dealer framework helps you manage the day-to-day business activities and monitor the real-time data insight.Note:Q2 release includes only the data model and not the playbook.
- Sales Promotion data model
- The sales promotion framework helps the OEM to publish the promotions and the dealers to raise the claims against these promotions after the product sales transaction is completed.Note:Q2 release includes only the data model and not the playbook.
- Install Manufacturing Commercial Operations plugin
- List of all the plugins that are installed with Manufacturing Commercial Operations plugin.
- Support multiple line items on a case to track requests on the Business Portal
- Capture and track requests for multiple items on the Business Portal. Case line items, case tasks, and case line tasks all appear on the case page.
- Enable copy of catalog items from Service Catalog to Remote Catalog in Service Exchange
- Eliminate duplication effort in Remote Catalog creation and maintenance, by enabling the copying of standard portal catalog items. This process eliminates the need to manually recreate Service Catalog items in the Service Exchange Remote Catalog.
- View products from the catalog and place orders directly through the Sales CRM self-service portal
- Enable B2B customers to configure products and place orders via an uptake of the Sales Customer Relationship Management self-service order placement portal.
