Performance Analyzer release notes
The ServiceNow® Performance Analyzer application enables you to access page load time data, trends, and waterfall visualizations directly from your instance. It also helps you to identify page performance issues and bottlenecks in UX framework pages independently. Performance Analyzer was enhanced and updated in the Australia release.

Important information for upgrading Performance Analyzer to Australia
Starting with the Zurich release, Performance Analyzer is available on your instance automatically. For access to Performance Analyzer for earlier instances, install Performance Analyzer from the ServiceNow® Store.

- Filters for client interaction lists enable you to investigate user-specific performance issues.

- The waterfall view displays which macroponent is associated with server-side calls to help you trace API calls to specific UI components.
Activation information
Install Performance Analyzer by requesting it from the ServiceNow Store. Visit the ServiceNow Store to view all the available apps, and for information about submitting requests to the store.
