  • The ServiceNow® retail applications streamline frontline operations and customer experiences. Retail applications were enhanced and updated in the Australia release.

    Retail highlights for the Australia release

    • Enable HQ users and regional managers to create operational store plans involving cases and tasks for multiple stores through a guided, streamlined user experience.
    • Schedule and manage recurring tasks such as daily store opening procedures with parent cases for store-level tracking.
    • Fulfillment of store case and task for regional managers and store teams through Retail mobile app.

    New in the Australia release

    Manage store plans

    Store plans provide new capabilities for HQ and regional managers to create operational plans, schedule recurring tasks, and fulfill the tasks through the Retail mobile application.

    Activation information

    Install the Retail applications by requesting them from the ServiceNow Store. Visit the ServiceNow Store to view all the available apps, and for information about submitting requests to the store.     Plugin information

    New plugins

    The following plugins are new in Australia:

    • Retail Playbook for Store Plan (sn_rtl_str_plan_pb): The Retail Playbook for Store Plan enables headquarters and regional managers to create structured operational plans. These plans include tasks and cases that are linked to store locations and schedules, providing a streamlined approach to managing store operations.
    • Task plan template playbook activities (sn_tsk_plan_pb_act): The Task Plan Template Playbook Activities plugin enables users to create and execute task plan templates through guided playbook experiences. These playbooks include reusable activities for creating and managing template items, enforcing form validation, UI policies, and parent–child relationships to provide a consistent and streamlined authoring experience.
    • PWM playbook activities (sn_pwm_pb_act): The PWM Playbook Activities plugin enables users to integrate Planned Work Management scheduling into guided playbook experiences. These playbooks include planned work scheduling and execution aligned with task plan templates, providing a streamlined approach to managing work schedules.
