Configure high touchpoints finding definition on nodes
Configure a high touchpoints (Node) finding definition to view a pattern where a group of records in a step gets updated more often compared to another group to progress to any next step.

High touchpoints on nodes displays a group of records in a step that has, on an average, more updates than another group. This points to the high-effort steps demonstrated by some records while others required fewer updates.

High touchpoints (Node) can be configured for a project only if it has been configured for the process table on which the project is based. For information on configuring touchpoints for a table, see Configure impact metrics.
