conversion rates of relevant processes within your application.

Role required: Users with the analytics_viewer, portal_analytics_viewer, mobile_analytics_viewer, core_ui_analytics_viewer, now_experience_analytics_viewer roles can create, edit and delete funnels for the
applications they have access to.

From the Applications list, select the application for which you want to create a conversion funnel.

Select the Create new funnel button (
).

Enter a name for the relevant process you want to measure and, optionally, a description, and select Next.

From the Step Type options, select steps you want to measure, and screens, events, or actions as applicable.

View the funnel in Platform Analytics.
You can view your funnel directly from
Platform Analytics. When you create a new dashboard in
Platform Analytics, select
add new element and then
Usage Insights Funnel.
