- Executions summaries by source: Shows execution counts grouped by automation source, enabling evaluation of data inflow from different platforms.
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA) by source: Displays timelines of RPA data submissions grouped by source.
- Automations by ServiceNow Flow: Provides timelines specifically for ServiceNow Flow automations.
- Document Intelligence (DocIntel): Offers timelines for Document Intelligence automations.
- Top 10 applications used: Bar chart highlighting the ten most utilized business applications associated with automations, supporting impact analysis.
Spokes & Transactions
This section provides visibility into spokes and transaction usage within your instance. Access requires the snac.automationtechnicaluser or snac.automationadmin roles. Reports include:
- Total entitled, installed, and configured spokes
- Total entitled and consumed transactions
- Applications and spokes with the highest transaction counts, with filtering options for custom time periods (defaulting to the past month)
This information helps you manage and optimize automation connectivity and transaction consumption.
Future Automations
This section tracks upcoming automation requests and plans. You can filter by department or view all if no filter is applied. Key reports include:
- New requests: Lists automation requests currently in the New state.
- Requests by intake source: Groups requests by their origin, such as Web, Process Mining, or Service Request.
- Requests to be deployed: Shows automation requests that are ready for deployment.
- Most recent requests: Displays requests sorted from the most recent to the oldest.

Active automations
Active automations provides details of all the active automations from different sources and their business criticality. You can filter the data to view information within a specific date range, for a specific automation, or for a specific department. After you set the filter, the results will be displayed only for the specified filter. If you don’t set any filter, then data for all active automations is displayed.
The Active automations section provides reports with the following details in the form of chart.

Spokes & Transactions

| Total entitled spokes | Displays the number of spokes that you are entitled and installed in your instance. |
| Installed spokes | Displays the number of spokes that are installed in your instance. |
| Configured spokes | Displays the number of spokes for which connections are configured in your instance. |
| Total entitled transactions | Displays the number of transactions that are available for use. |
| Consumed transactions | Displays the number of transactions that you have used. |
| Applications with most transactions | Displays the applications (scope applications) with most transactions. You can filter the results for specific time period. By default, the last one month's data is displayed. |
| Spokes with most transactions | Displays the spokes with most transactions. You can filter the results for specific time period. By default, the last one month's data is displayed. |
Future automations
The Future automations section provides details about all active automations that are planned for the future.
You can filter the data by department. If no department is selected, the data is displayed for all departments.
