why ui policy validation on date field not working on HR agent workspace?

Hi All,

Actually we have one custom date field, it need to allow only past days , so i have created one ui policy on that, it working on the Backend case form, and i changed the view to workspace then also it works fine, but it not working on the HR agent workspace?

Please help me to resolve this
